Keeping Busy

I apologize for not keeping my blog updated. I have been enjoying getting to know many of you, the residents of Saratoga Springs, and listening to many of the concerns you have for our city. I also had the great privilege to help with the McKenna Can! 5K Race and attend the Saratoga Shores PTA Fundraiser/Silent Auction. Both events were a lot of fun and it's so great to see so many of you come out and support our great community.

Getting to Know the Residents

I apologize for not updating my blog as much as I would have liked, but I have a good excuse...I have been out knocking doors and visiting with the residents of Saratoga Springs. It has been fun getting to know the residents of this great city and what issues are important to them. Thank you for your time and vote!

Lunch With Senator Madsen

Today, I had the privilege of meeting with Senator Mark Madsen over lunch. We talked about Saratoga Springs, many of his conservative views, and things going on at the state level. As a resident of Eagle Mountain, Senator Madsen has a great understanding of the people he represents in our city and the issues we're facing as a growing community. Senator Madsen is a great support for the local area in the Utah State Senate.

Planning For Tomorrow

I want to make sure the community has a voice in its growth for our families and future by using today to plan for tomorrow’s challenges. I feel responsible economic growth is an important issue. I will work to attract businesses to Saratoga Springs and create a tax base to improve our way of life.

As a member of our City Council, I will work with the residents and the city staff to create a five and ten year plan and direction for Saratoga Springs. I will work with the commercial developers in Saratoga to attract the type of business that will help our community grow to become the premiere place to be in the State of Utah. We sit in one of the greatest places in Utah County and despite the current economical weather we are facing, our future has never looked brighter.
